Franchise assistant

When you use the assistant, your message and the page context are sent to Truly IA to generate a reply. Conversations are passed to the TNI team’s inbox for follow-up. A session identifier in your browser links messages from the same session; reloading the page does not delete records already received by the team.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver and protect the service. Contact forms store your request and a pseudonymized connection identifier in the site’s database, and forward your details and message to the TNI team’s inbox and contact system.

The assistant offers guidance about services, offices and franchising. Do not share passwords, private account details or other sensitive information. Account access takes place in the official portals, under their own privacy policies.

This website includes contact and franchise inquiry forms. The name, email, phone number if supplied, country, selected language and message are used to respond to your request. The site has no local user accounts or public comments; account portals open the official websites.

Videos open on YouTube only when you choose to watch. YouTube handles playback under its own privacy policy.

Website usage analytics

When analytics is enabled, Amplitude records page visits and actions such as opening the chat, submitting a form or opening WhatsApp. We do not send message text, names, emails, phone numbers or URL query parameters to Amplitude. We use an anonymous session identifier and disable IP address collection in the SDK. You can disable this analytics for this browser.
